Why do you think it is important to celebrate our culture?
Cultural celebrations foster respect and open mindedness for other cultures. Celebrating our differences as well as our common interest, help unite and educate us. Not only we become aware we gain a sense of pride for the diversity of our own culture. Celebrations are really important in all our cultures because that is the first thing we celebrate. Some people celebrate Christmas, Halloween, Easter Day, Chinese new year, Maori language week, and many more. Celebrating is a cultural tradition that people have fun, enjoy and be happy for what they have and celebrate. No matter what, we don’t be sad and celebrate happily. Enjoy our time with families and friends. Having a happy day makes you feel enjoyed. Make sure to celebrate your culture and never take it for granted, because you need to enjoy your life by celebrating your culture and having fun.
